The story began in 1992 - a year that laid the foundation for my current company. Back then, I, Karsten Flöter, was an experienced cemetery gardener who took over a cemetery nursery in Berlin-Tegel. With a lot of courage and vision, I realized early on that there was unique potential in working with plants and designing gardens. This first decision was more than just a business deal - it was the beginning of a passion that has stayed with me to this day.

The first steps: tradition meets innovation

Just four years later, in 1996, another important step was taken: the acquisition of a specialist floristry store in Berlin-Moabit. This milestone marked the transition from traditional garden care to a creative craft that was inspiring more and more people. During this time, my company began to develop its very own style - a style characterized by attention to detail and the tireless pursuit of perfection.
In 1998, the cemetery nursery was sold. This step allowed me to reorient myself and concentrate even more on the floral sector. This was the beginning of an exciting development that eventually led us into the world of event floristry.

The turning point: our passion for event floristry

From 2002, it was clear that we wanted to devote ourselves intensively to the art of event floristry. Our aim was not just to create simple floral arrangements, but to create emotional and unique stagings that reflect the character and personality of each event. From elegant weddings and stylish corporate events to intimate private occasions - we gave each event an individual and tailor-made concept that went far beyond the ordinary.
Our floral creations have become an important part of countless special moments. Every detail, every flower, every green accent helped to express emotions and tell stories. Not only did our reputation grow, but so did the enthusiasm of our customers, who repeatedly found their own dreams and visions reflected in our arrangements.

The 2023 realignment: Entering a new era

Another important milestone in our history was the year 2023. With the conscious decision to leave the traditional floristry business behind us, a new agency for floral concepts was founded. This reorientation enabled us to focus even more strongly on wedding and event floristry and to expand our range in a targeted manner.

More than flowers: individual decoration concepts

Today, we offer far more than traditional floristry. In addition to our artfully designed flower arrangements, we have specialized in developing comprehensive decoration concepts that transform every room and every event into an atmospheric ambience. We combine our own hand-picked design elements with high-quality objects from our exquisite network to create a harmonious overall picture. It is important to us that both the floral accents and the decorative details are precisely tailored to the individual wishes and needs of our customers.

With around 30 to 40 weddings a year and numerous corporate events, we can look back on a long and successful history. Every event is a new challenge for us, which we face with enthusiasm and high quality standards. Our many years of experience have taught us that it's the details that make the difference - whether it's choosing the right flowers or coordinating the decorative elements.
The constant exchange with our customers and partners inspires us to find new creative solutions every day. In doing so, we never lose sight of our goal: to develop individual concepts that turn every occasion into a unique and unforgettable experience.
